3. Client Responsibilities

  • Feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
  • Access to existing websites, hosting or third-party services when necessary

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Payments & Pricing

All pricing is provided in project quotations or service agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins
  • Remaining balances are payable upon project completion or according to agreed milestones
  • Monthly services such as SEO or social media management are billed on a recurring basis

Late payments may result in project delays, paused services or restricted access until outstanding balances are resolved.

5. Website Design & Development

WebKar builds websites designed for professional presentation, usability and SEO-friendly structure.

While we aim for compatibility across modern browsers and devices, exact appearance may vary slightly depending on screen sizes, software versions and third-party platforms.

Unless otherwise agreed, websites are developed using responsive design principles suitable for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

6. SEO Services Disclaimer

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is a long-term marketing process. While we apply industry best practices and proven optimisation strategies, WebKar cannot guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings
  • Exact traffic increases
  • Guaranteed business enquiries or sales

Search engine algorithms and online competition continuously change, which may affect performance over time.

SEO results depend on factors including competition, website history, content quality and market conditions.

7. Social Media Services

Social media services may include:

8. Branding & Creative Work

All branding, logo concepts and creative materials remain the intellectual property of WebKar until full payment has been received.

After final payment, ownership rights for approved final deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WebKar reserves the right to display completed work within portfolios, case studies and marketing materials unless confidentiality has been specifically requested.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms including:

  • Domain registrars

  • Social media platforms
  • Payment gateways

WebKar is not responsible for outages, policy changes, security issues or technical problems caused by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid subscriptions, hosting accounts and domain renewals unless managed directly by WebKar.

10. Revisions & Project Changes

Reasonable revisions are typically included within agreed project scope. Excessive revisions or structural changes requested after approval stages may result in additional charges.

Major redesign requests after development has started may require a revised project agreement.

11. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on:

  • Third-party approvals or integrations

WebKar is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, technical access issues or external service providers.

12. Website Maintenance & Support

  • Backups
  • Plugin and system compatibility

WebKar may offer optional ongoing maintenance services separately.

13. Limitation of Liability

WebKar is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Downtime caused by hosting providers or external platforms

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and reviewing all final materials before launch.

14. Intellectual Property

All original website designs, code customisations, graphics and written materials created by WebKar remain protected under intellectual property laws.

Clients may not resell, reproduce or redistribute proprietary design systems, templates or materials without written permission.

15. Confidentiality

WebKar respects all client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information with third parties unless required for project delivery or legally obligated.

16. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate ongoing services with reasonable written notice.

For completed work already delivered or partially completed projects:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable
  • Work completed up to cancellation date may be invoiced accordingly

Monthly services may require notice periods depending on the agreed service plan.
